Cost outside of specified times?

If the time comes when you need our PC emergency service, and this time is out of opening hours, the following rates apply:

• Private Customers – 95 € net hour + 25 € transportation costs plus VAT.
• Companies and business customers – 105 € net per hour + 25 € transportation costs plus VAT.

For private persons and households we charge 65 € net hour plus 19% VAT + 25 € travel package.
For the companies, as well as other business customers, we charge 75 € net per hour plus 19% VAT + 25 € travel package.
The prices for network projects as well as the network support are by arrangement, but not less than 65 € per hour.
