If the time comes when you need our PC emergency service, and this time is out of opening hours, the following rates apply:

• Private Customers — 95 € net hour + 25 € transportation costs plus VAT.
• Companies and business customers — 105 € net per hour + 25 € transportation costs plus VAT.
