THE TEAM

With NB IT support, smart, dynamic people are working with whom it is important to work together and build solid relationships. We are passionate about concrete results and are pragmatic and energetic. The employees of NB IT-Support understand themselves as an extended team of our clients.

THE LOCATION

From Munich we look after many customers. But in the other federal states, we are always there for our customers: With the remote maintenance we have developed, we are able to solve over 95% of the disturbances without having to be on the spot.

THE CUSTOMERS

Our customers include companies with a high demand for networked and secure IT systems. These include company consulting, engineering and consulting companies, house administration, pharmaceutical companies, craft companies, press conferences and specialized IT companies.

OUR RECOMMENDATION

  • Two hour response time from Monday to Sunday between 7am and 11pm. Within the core time Mon-Fri 10 am-4 pm usually immediately accessible or call-back within 30 min.
  • Extended 24h support if necessary
  • We calculate only the time-related expenses (fixed performance packages)
