Without a contract, it becomes extremely difficult to identify the neglected obligations, in order to get compensation. In order to provide you with an overview of the various contracts, we have compiled a list of the characteristics of the contract types below. Whether it is a server failure or problems with your printer – with our service-oriented IT maintenance contract at a fixed price, you pay a monthly maintenance package and we ensure that your IT runs.
We ask for small and medium-sized companies various and freely available service and maintenance contracts which can be ordered at different times, irrespective of the size and number of employees:
- 3 month maintenance contract (1 month protection)
- 6 months maintenance contract (3 months protection against termination)
- 12 month maintenance contract (6 months protection against termination)
